HTU® Industries is an organization that aims to convert manure surpluses into sustainable mobility solutions for roads and fuel. We reduce CO₂ emissions and ammonia emissions, contribute to solving the nitrogen crisis, and create economic value for agricultural entrepreneurs. Your personal data is therefore processed and secured carefully by HTU® Industries. We are cautious in collecting and using personal data and, as a rule, only do so if that data is provided to us by the person concerned. This happens, for example, via our website, the contact form, or registration for our newsletter.

When visiting our office or our factories, the visitor’s data is processed in our visitor registration, and may be passed on to the security staff of our locations. To enter our factories, we ask for a valid proof of identity of the visitor. Your proof of identity will only be checked for authenticity. We do not register any data from the proof of identity.

Camera surveillance: We use camera surveillance in and around our factories. The camera images that are processed remain available for a maximum of 28 days.

  • Newsletters, questions and other contact forms

When you sign up for our newsletter or ask a question via our website, we also process your personal data. The contact form on our website indicates which personal data we collect. We only collect this data to provide you with the requested information.


Provision to third parties

We only share this data with external service providers who support us in our business operations, such as hosting, e-mail services and analysis. These parties are obliged to protect personal data and may not use it for other purposes.
